Dr. Meisam Lund is a Swedish-Board-Certified Surgeon with a distinguished career spanning over a decade, and brings a wealth of expertise and a commitment to health care. Educated and trained in Sweden, Poland and USA, Dr. Meisam has honed his skills in some of the world's premier hospitals and has been an integral part of the medical landscape in northern Sweden. He brings with him wide-ranging expertise in minimally invasive surgeries and up-to-date training in robotic surgery. He is proficient in a variety of minor to advanced laparoscopic and open surgeries of weight loss, gall bladder, bile duct, liver, hernia, colon, small and large intestine, pancreatic, palliative, neurosurgery as well as endoscopic procedures and exploratory surgeries.

 

He is dedicated to advancing surgical research and methods, involving himself in trainings for trauma care and teaching a state-of-the-art abdominal closure method to doctors around the world, as well as publishing studies in public journals around unconventional techniques. He is a member of several surgical societies and has presented his research at numerous conferences around the world.
